CCDE是否是一个全新的开始？

今天去cisco.com create case，不经意之间看到CCDE。在很早之前，曾经有过CCIE Design这个类别，之后取消。时隔这么多年，终于出了CCDE，不同于目前的五个类别的CCIE。目前信息很少，只能通过cisco网站的些许资料进行分析。

Question： Who are the best candidates for CCDE accreditation?  
Answer： The CCDE certification is intended for candidates who have day-to-day responsibilities for creating work products that cover IP routing network infrastructure design. Candidates should also have:
• A minimum of seven years job experience in network engineering
• A thorough understanding of networking infrastructure principles
• An in-depth understanding of the topics in the exam blueprints

这里看到：CCDE建议的要求是7年的工作经验，目前的CCIE的建议是2年的cisco 环境的工作经验。是否可以证明CCDE对参加考试的要求会更高呢？

Question： What are the differences between the CCDE and CCIE certifications?
Answer： The CCDE certification is focused on professionals responsible for network design. In contrast, the CCIE certification is focused on professionals responsible for network implementation and operation.

方向不同：显而易见的。Desige和实施的区别不用分析。

Question： How does a candidate attain CCDE certification?  
Answer： Attaining CCDE certification requires successfully passing two exams:
• CCDE Qualification Exam: 352- 001 (ADVDESIGN)
• CCDE Practical Exam: (TBD)

A candidate must pass the CCDE Qualification Exam before registering for the CCDE Practical Exam.

和目前的考试一样：先笔试后实验室考试，不知道design的实验室考试是怎么样的。好奇！

Question： Is any training available or required for CCDE certification?  
Answer： Currently, no formal training is required for the CCDE certification. However, a recommended reading list includes various industry publications, Cisco Press publications, and various industry training programs including the Cisco Routing and Switching and Design curriculum. 该网址看到列举的是一些新版CCNP的科目，CCDP科目和一些关于路由、交换产品的信息。但是可以知道是，这些远远不够让你通过考试。


Question： When will the CCDE exams be available?  
Answer： The CCDE Qualification Exam is available as of January 22, 2008. The CCDE Practical Exam is expected to be available in late 2008, however, early registration for qualified CCDE candidates will be available in July 2008.

目前已经可以考CCDE的笔试了，最早的实验室考试要到今年的7月。考场设置不得而知，北京会否？

Question ：Will passing the CCDE qualification exam recertify my existing CCIE?  
Answer ：Yes, passing the CCDE qualification exam acts a recertification agent for CCIE like any other CCIE written exam.
考过CCDE笔试会相应更新所有CCIE的

Question： What is the structure of the CCDE Practical Exam?  
Answer： The CCDE Practical Exam is an eight-hour, scenario-based exam that will test your ability to identify, manage, and create advanced infrastructure design solutions for large-scale networks.
介绍实验室考试的方面，简单介绍。需要专人分析。

Question Will there be a CCDE logo?  Answer Yes, a unique CCDE logo will be awarded to all active CCDE-certified participants.
Question： If I pass both CCDE exams will I receive a CCDE number like CCIE certification holders?  
Answer：Yes, all expert-level Cisco certifications receive a unique number. You will receive a CCDE number if you pass both CCDE certification exams.

这两个是最激动人心的。全新的logo，可能全新的编号，按照管理cisco的惯例，会从1024开始编。

目前相关的资料只有这么多，相信cisco不久之后会更新。

看个人爱好了，主要是自己喜欢哪个了。

不太了解什么是CCDE哦，比CCIE还好吗？汗，考试价格也会更贵了吧。。。。:mad:

考试内容应该随着科技的发展会越来越多的。

怎么认证考试哪么多？！
  而且要想拿到高的证书就必须的英语过硬,真是很郁闷！！
