48 bit LBA
本人在一台联想品牌机上运行Intel的48bitlbachk.exe检测程序，想确定机器的bios究竟是否支持160G以上大硬盘，机器主板为intel82865,挂接有300G IDE硬盘(这块300G的硬盘在windowsxp中能正确识别和使用)。有些疑惑请教大家，"device3,Bios reports 279GB,Device reports 0GB" 代表什么意思？ 明明bios检测到了，为何设备却认识不出硬盘的容量？最后还提示要升级BIOS?
