Business Unit Description
Field Technical Sales Specialist for WebSphere/DB2/Tivoli/Lotus in SW
Group. Focus on SW Pre-sales technical support.
The mission is to support Sales/Marketing team from
technical point of view to meet quota assignment.
Job Description
Technical Pre-sales support including understanding
customer requirement, proposing IBM SW solutions,
presenting and convincing, skill enablement for partners
and customers, proof of concept development, installation,
performance tuning and problem determination.
Qualifications
- at least 3-4 years working experience in Middleware
development or technical support.
- Master degree in Computer Science is preferred.
- It will be appreciated to be holding product certificates
of WebSphere/Java, DB2, Tiovli, Lotus.
Desired Experience
- Real project experience by using Middleware
- Confidence on competitive challenge
- Good working attitude with customer sat focus.
Desired Skills
- Familiar with Middleware software(Java, DB,lotus, Tivoli)
