职位描述：
JOB SCOPE
Based in Chengdu to provide PC and network IT support to Chengdu office.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide 1st and 2nd level of technical system and network support to the users such as diagnostic and troubleshooting effort.
2. Good communication and technical skills, able to relate to users needs and provide solutions, need more passion , patience , initiative.
3. Provide user training such as PC applications.
4. Provide support to PCs, workstations, servers in Win NT, Win 2000, Win2003
5. Manage the organization’s IT infrastructure. (e.g. Servers, Networks, Routers, Switches,PABX.Video conferencing), such as preventive maintenance, inventory ,SECURITY and server data backup and restore
6. Co-ordinate with the regional IT to roll out any IT/IS projects or initiatives
7. Liaise and manage the IT vendors to better serve the organization
8. Ensure continuous uptime of the organization’s network connectivity.
9. Be familiar with SQL/Access script, MCSE&DBA,CCNA will be in priority.
10. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Job requirements:
1. Good written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong and up to date knowledge in software and hardware, network, system applications and trouble-shooting.
3. University education. Minimum college education with computer science or MIS major
