OK the reason for proxies is because most chinese
servers are slow for Usa/European users But I find that CNC
servers are fast for us.For USA users Korean proxies are fastest for european it would be Hong Kong proxies.
First you need to find a proxy , try here
http://www.xroxy.com/ or just search in
google for free proxies.
say the proxy is 203.30.9.119:3128@HTTP
you need to open flash then go to prefrence and the connection/proxy like this below
the type in any name and below put in type , most proxies are HTTP or socket 4/5
The host which is 203.30.9.119
The port which is 3128
leave the username/pass alone unless you get that info with the proxy ,most proxies are anonymous.
then ok OK and when you want to use it ,make sure you select it or make it default proxy.
