Job opening #1 - Infrastructure HW & SW technical engineer
The job location: To be based in Macau
Responsibilities:
- To provide on-site technical services for all components relating to Infrastructure /Server Platform
- Solving critical technical issues, emergency troubleshooting and post-mortem analysis
- Responsible for customer communication and point of escalation at time of system down.

Requirements:
- Degree or non Degree tertiary education in computer engineer or IT related faculty
- Good command of Cantonese/English (Mandarin and some Cantonese/English will also be considered)
- Highly motivated with a teamwork attitude
- People oriented, experienced in dealing with customer interaction or field working experience
- at least 2 to 3 year IT field experience
- familiar with Windows 200/2003 platform plus Sun Solaris or
Linux
- familiar with at least one of the following software:
BMC Patrol, ISS RealSecure, Veritas NetBackup, Legato Networker, MCSC,
Critix, Veritas Cluster Service
- familiar with EMC/HP/IBM SAN is an advantage
- Possess valid travel document and/or eligible to work in Macau

The job location: To be based in Macau
