這個題目意思已經介紹了上網拓撲圖，也就是user-firewall-internet
現在user不能訪問 www.fortinet.com，請你根據以上現象做出一個異常分析報告！

1.檢測user是否可以正常連接到firewall，可以轉2，不行檢查user電腦是否中毒等等
2.檢測firewall裡面的rule（有關user訪問internet)是否被修改，firewall正常轉3，否則檢查并修改正確rule
3.firewall是否可以正常訪問internet，可以轉4，不行檢查之間連接線路。
4.internet是否為iSP故障引起
