Presales Engineer (Beijing)
POSITION PROFILE FORM
Scope of Position:
· Provide general presales support for sales team on Motorola's wireless booa
dband products.
· Provide product and technical training for channel partners and customers.
· Probe customer needs and work with Channel partners to develop new applicat
ions and finally increase product sales.
· Coordinate with marketing, product, R&D, factory and quality department to
pursue general support on sales team.
Key Relationships
· Sales, -technical expertise
· Channel partner and Customer, - technical expertise and solution delivery
· Marketing, product, R&D, factory and quality - interface, technical guidan
ce and co-ordination
Minimum requirement:
· Strong knowledge on IP and computer network.
· Previous experience on computer hardware, interconnection, interfacing, rou
ters, bridges, switches, gateways, and analysis tools for wired or wireless net
works networks.
· Knowledge on wireless communication
· Good inter-personal communication skills and presentation skills
· Proactive & Teamwork attitude
· Customer oriented
· B.S. on computer, E.E, Telecommunication or equivalent
· Fluent English both in Oral and Written
Desireable:
· Experience on computer application or video monitoring
· Skill and experience on hosting the web site
· Previous technical marketing experience.
