Position I
JOB TITLE: Sr. Product Manager / Product Manager
Product Familiar: ERP Products
LOCATION: SHENZHEN or BEIJING, CHINA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the primary liaison with Japan and development organizations to support daily development activities
- Assist development manager in planning and managing the execution of the joint projects and program initiatives
- Translate Japan field requirements into technical specification development team
- Work with development managers to define project requirements and prioritize future enhancements
- Monitor customer escalations and resolution of issues
- Assit in writting product documentation, training class notes, and marketing collateral; develop market communication documents: White papers, Presentations, Data Sheets, Frequently Asked Questions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BS or MS degree and/or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
A minimum of three years of software engineering or related experience required.
Critical success factors include:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English
- Experience with Oracle or relevant Products is highly desirable
- Strong technical skills
- Proven product management experience
- Excellent analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability in gathering requirements and communicating them in writing and verbally to software engineers
Must be a results oriented person, capable of meeting deadlines, able to handle multiple tasks independently and be a team player
Position II
JOB TITLE: Director of Product Manager
Product Familiar: Database & ERP Products
LOCATION: SHENZHEN or BEIJING, CHINA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather and analyze information to define product requirements
- Translate field requirements into technical specification development team
- Work with development managers to define product requirements and prioritize product enhancements for future releases
- Act as the primary liaison with sales teams and development organizations to support
key customers projects and program initiatives
- Assist development manager in planning and managing the execution of the customers projects and program initiatives
- Monitor customer escalations and resolution of issues
- Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Write and/or review product documentation, training class notes, and marketing collateral; develop market communication documents: White papers, Presentations, Data Sheets, Frequently Asked Questions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BS or MS degree and/or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
A minimum of five years of software engineering or related experience required.
A minimum of three years of product management experience.

- Experience with Oracle or relevant Products is highly desirable
- Strong technical skills
- Proven product management experience and ability to management complex projects
- Excellent analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
